What is hyaluronic acid (HA)?
What are the different types of wrinkles?
- Dynamic wrinkles are caused when muscles contract to make facial expressions such as smiles and frowns.
- Static wrinkles develop because our skin’s natural substances (such as collagen and hyaluronic acid), which provide structure and volume, decrease over time.
What do Hyaluronic acid based fillers do?
The thicker filler are for volume loss whereas there are fillers to fill static wrinkles like nasolabial and mentolabial folds.
There are fillers for lip and cheek augmentation. The lighter fillers are used for tear trough and to hydrate the skin. The results are immediate, soft and natural looking.
